配送ポリシー

Domestic

We use CourierPost for all domestic parcels.  Please allow 3-5 business days after your parcel has been sent to receive it before making contact.

For safety we only use tracked SIGNATURE REQUIRED services.  Please make sure someone is available to sign for your parcel.  

 

International:

For International purchases we use NZ Post international courier services.  Please contact us for shipping cost as price does vary between country's. 

 

We will endeavor to rectify issues with the courier company such as any parcels lost in transit in a timely manner.
